I hope you’ve had time to read about the very first recipe we’ll be baking, Strawberry Choux Cake.” Hearing about the highs and inevitable lows (although, few and far between, of course!) of the experience between now and May 15 will be fun, but seeing the photos of the completed recipe is always something to celebrate. I cannot wait!
If you’re interested in joining our Facebook group for Baking on the 15th, you may do so here. It’s a great place to post whether you’ve started the recipe, have questions about the ingredients, or just about anything else.
As much as it may seem early considering we haven’t completed the first recipe, now is the time to see who might want to be the Host Baker for June 15.
If you haven’t had time to read the “How it Works” page then take a look. In a nut shell, if you’re interested in being Host Baker, all you have to do is comment below. From those interested the Host Baker will be randomly chosen. The winner gets to choose what we’re all baking between May 15 and June 15! The winner also will provide me with a bit of information on that recipe so I can post it here and in the Facebook group.
Excellent! I’m hoping that when I return here tomorrow morning, I will see several willing participants who can’t wait to choose our second recipe. I’ll announce the winner in a new post later.
